
This training session explains the use of cone-beam computed tomography in the assessment of bone dimensions, anatomical structures and local conditions relevant to implant treatment. It discusses evaluation of cortical and trabecular architecture, available bone volume and potential anatomical limitations affecting implant placement.
The module includes an initial knowledge assessment, educational presentation and final knowledge assessment.
